How it works

Pre-Design and Schematic Design

We start with design program, understand the land and clint recruitment which leads to the first lines of the project design and share it with the client to get his feedback

Design Development

At this stage, we develop the design into more detailed plans, structural engineer will be involved to create cost estimate as well as the finishing materials will be determined

Construction Document

Here where we create the working construction drawings that are ready for construction execution, contractors may be involved at this stage

Building Permits

Building permit should be obtained prior construction commence to verify design compliance to the regulations to avoid any mistakes that any related stakeholdres can be liable

Bidding and Negotiation

This process is to advise the owner to select the best contractor that fits the project in terms of cost, quality and experience by reviewing their previous projects

Construction Administration

The final phase involves the architect frequently visiting the construction site to verify contractor compliance and to answer questions and deal with issues that arise
